Construction in a Certain Area of Nagano Prefecture Was Unusual | Regional Characteristics

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

The other day, I saw something amazing near our construction site lol

Well, that's an unusual slope.

First, the first one

Framework Engineer

Isn't this amazing??

Framework Engineer

I'm not sure, but I think the vertical frame is 200 mm and the horizontal frame is 400 mm.

I've never seen a legal framework like this before lol

Plus, the side bars are so thick...

If you think about standard design, it’s pretty common to see sections with really thick vertical frames in on-site formwork construction, right?

However, this is a new situation for me.

Was this legal framework established for a specific purpose, was it a mistake on the part of the designer, or is it simply a special construction method?

Since it's black, does that make you wonder if there's some kind of colored powder in it??

Next is a view of the slope during construction.

Ground Anchor Construction

If you look closely, I think it’s a vegetation mat laid over the sprayed mortar.

Why is that, I wonder??

Is this some new construction method??

Nagano Prefecture: Vegetation mats on top of mortar? (Or is it something else?)

Vegetation Mat

I uploaded it.

They've laid something that looks like a vegetation mat on top of the mortar, right??

There were quite a few of them installed on the slopes in this area, and there were some installed below this site as well.

Vegetation Mat

Is this probably on top of mortar, too??

They were almost all gone, and there wasn't a single blade of grass left.

Vegetation mat with a fertilizer bag. (There are so many similar products out there, so I can't really say for sure.)

I’ve done a lot of rock-face greening projects myself, but this is the first time I’ve seen it applied directly onto mortar.

Is it possible to plant greenery here??

If anyone is familiar with construction projects in this area of Nagano Prefecture, please let me know.

It's interesting because construction methods vary from region to region.

Whenever I see something unusual, I can't help but want to take a picture.

If you find any interesting slopes, please post them in the Q&A section or something, lol.

See you later.

A planting mat laid over the concrete and mortar...
    I can't believe it lol
Have you calculated the legal limits correctly?
Didn't the contractor say anything either?

    All that remains are questions.

      Thank you as always.

To be honest, it really makes you wonder, doesn't it? lol
Well, I wonder if something came down from higher up in the government??

There are plenty of things to nitpick about this, but… lol

I'm thinking someone will probably tell me eventually, lol.
