The other day, I taught one of our younger employees how to do gas cutting.
Here's a shot of me cutting the turntable I made earlier for PC steel wire lol
This is what it originally looked like, but since I haven't been using it lately, I'm practicing cutting it.
It takes up quite a bit of space, so I guess I'll just get rid of it lol
Well, I guess it'll be cut out and reappear in a new form when I start working on something else.
When you let young people who’ve picked up new skills like this work on this job for a while, they really get good at it.
Young people pick things up fast! Though they forget just as fast, lol.
I guess that's how you gradually become a pro. (In any industry.)
We're looking forward to their future growth.
Don't you all have obvious expectations of the younger employees at your company?
That's really annoying lol
When we were young, we all hated it when that jerk of a boss would pick on us, didn't we?
Let's quietly watch over them.
It'll grow on its own. As long as you trust it.
