So, I think they use torque wrenches on construction sites where materials are stacked and measured.
It wouldn't matter if it were the usual market price, lol.
Now, regarding the use of this torque wrench,It's completely pointless.Please keep that in mind.
This is simply a management procedure carried out because it’s written in the cost estimate; in reality, it serves no purpose whatsoever.
I simply converted the design load Td into the tensile force along the bolt axis.
This figure simply indicates that the design loads have been verified and managed.
When tightening it for the final time, use a pipe wrench or a wrench of the appropriate size to tighten it securely so it won't come loose.
I think I'm probably tightening it beyond the torque wrench's specified torque.
If you tighten the bolt using a torque wrench, there is a significant chance it will come loose.
I'm tightening it because there's a screw, but for rebar insertion work, there's no screw—you just attach a plate, and as long as the plate doesn't come off, that's fine, right?
I'm just saying that the lock was a screw and a nut, lol.
To put it bluntly, as long as it doesn't go wrong, that's fine.
And that means a torque wrench isn't all that important.
