There are moments when I think to myself...

Construction management is a general term for the management of construction projects, but its scope is wide-ranging.

Generally speaking, the main tasks performed on-site are as-built inspection and quality control.

That's pretty much the kind of management that craftsmen encounter.

Even the craftsman couldn't help but say, "Huh? Do we really have to go this far?"

There's this whole process involved. It just takes forever to take a photo... lol

This is the kind of construction management that nitpicks over every little detail. Is it really necessary to go beyond the standard construction management guidelines?

Construction management practices that earn high scores tend to be smarter and feature more refined management standards, but,

When construction management goes overboard, people often say, “Are you kidding me?” lol

I’d like to go into more detail, but since some people are already doing that, I’ll hold off lol

Those who do it believe it’s the right thing to do, so they keep doing it.

Well, it depends on how you interpret it, so I can't say for sure, but there have been a lot of cases of people going too far lately.

Take a look at the construction plan you've drafted and check to see if it's well-thought-out.

Are you going overboard? Have someone else take a look.
