I'm incredibly grateful.

After all, you're reading the blog of a slope contractor you've never even met.

 

I always say, “A company is really all about the people, isn’t it?”

A company is a company because people come together to form it.

Still, for the time being, it’s still a company—even if it’s full of bad people. (Like anti-social groups, etc.)

I’ll proceed with caution here, as the term “bad person” could be misinterpreted or lead to misunderstandings depending on how it’s phrased, but

This is a person with malicious intentions.

Someone who thinks it's okay to bring someone else down as long as they themselves come out ahead.

This refers to people who think that as long as they themselves improve or make money, that's all that matters.

 

There was this guy who used to work here who used to say, “If I quit, Enta will go under,” lol.

That's what you call malice.

He's the kind of person who, if his demands aren't met, will poach other employees to cause trouble.

In fact, he went through with it, and the employee who was swayed by it quit.

Well, as you might have guessed, they ended up going their separate ways, lol (I think I mentioned this in a previous blog post).

 

Thanks to that, Enta's sales have skyrocketed since then and have remained stable.

People like this are not considered “employees” by the company.

If anything, I'm more of a destroyer.

However, there were some things that gave me pause for thought.

 

Everything and every phenomenon in the world—including companies—alwaysReturn to normalThat's when I really realized it.

It's because I want to make things better than they are now, no matter how bad the situation is.

I, too, sincerely hope that the remaining employees will continue to improve, and they are responding to that expectation.

However, it was only because of people like those mentioned above that I was able to realize this myself.

I’m grateful for that, too.

 

It is said that people face trials and hardships only when they need them, and only to the extent they need them.

Looking back now, I think that must have been when I faced hardships and trials related to people.

So, right now, I absolutely won't tolerate anyone who weighs their options based on the assumption that it will cause trouble for people or the company lol

He's someone who can be done away with.

 

A company is made up of people, but people also exist only because of the company.

What this means is that a person’s existence does not stand alone.

The company works for its employees, and the employees work for the company—this creates a mutually beneficial relationship. (Such as bonuses and pay raises.)

I'm sure you know people like that.

There are people who make you think, “If you’re going to complain so much, why don’t you just quit!?”

But it's all about balance.

It’s entirely possible that people who say things like that are having some subtle impact on the company.

There are some people who are real go-getters, even though they complain all the time, aren't there?

Even though they’re incredibly capable at their job, people who complain a lot might actually be thinking that by voicing their grievances about the company’s current state, they’re helping to secure a better future for their subordinates.

That means things are getting back to normal.

 

The fact that things are sure to return to normal means that, even with staff turnover, the company is moving in the right direction.

The right people join the company, and the bad ones leave.

And that bad person ends up at a tough company that’s just right for them, huh? lol (I won’t say it out loud, but I can’t help but go “hehehe” inside, lol)

Please take a moment to think about the people around you. Aren’t those kinds of people or businesses becoming the norm?

 

Since companies bring people together, they bring together a variety of ideas.

Some people dislike it, while others like it.

When you think of it as part of their spiritual training, it’s surprising how easily you can forgive people—or just let things go, isn’t it?

There are people you just don't click with, but you should stay away from them.

Even if you absolutely have to meet them, keeping it to a minimum is fine. (If it's for work, just give up, lol.)

Still, a company is made up of people, isn't it?

 

I know this post is pretty long, but it’s actually a job posting! lol

I wrote down what I think about this.

We're looking for someone who can work at an entertainment company!

That means he’s someone who lives up to that reputation. (Meaning he has no ill will.)

Beginners are welcome.

Is it better to teach beginners than experienced people??
