Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.

I went there last Sunday!
Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium!!
That's right. New Japan Pro-Wrestling!
I enjoyed it as always.
I'm glad I was able to get good seats.
Professional wrestling is the best form of entertainment.
I was able to attend every Aichi Prefecture tournament this year. I hope to attend every one next year, too!
When I was younger (in elementary, middle, and high school, and right after I started working), I didn't have much money, so I was just happy if I could go to one match. But for regional events, even good seats are only around 10,000 yen per match, so it's a piece of cake for adults, right!? lol
And that's how I...RechargePro wrestling where anything goes!

How about you all?
"Recharging your energy" refers to anything that helps you regain your motivation and vitality.
For example, it’s totally fine to say, “I’ll have a beer and go to bed so I can give it my all at work tomorrow!”
To boost your mental and emotional motivation so you can tackle your work or other tasks.
Is there any?
This is what is commonly referred to asMotivation SwitchThat's it.
You have to create the right conditions for your "motivation switch" and flip it yourself!
Since this is important, I'll write it again lol
You have to create your own motivation switch and press it yourself!
I recharge my energy so I can flip the "motivation switch" anytime, anywhere.
By constantly flipping the "motivation switch"—especially in particularly challenging situations or places where no one else wants to go—that switch will become much easier to flip.
People who have a hard time getting motivated don't appear to others to be doing a good job—even if they actually are.
However, people who are quick to get motivated tend to inspire a high level of trust right from the start, for some reason. Naturally, they do their jobs well, too.

How your work is evaluated depends on how others evaluate it.
This is not my own assessment.
Being evaluated is part of the job.
That's because it leads to the next job.
(It’s easier to understand if you imagine someone who drags their feet at work versus someone who gets things done efficiently, right?)
And as for how to flip the "motivation switch," I think this is probably the best way.
「All right. Let's do this!」
Right?
Let's say it out loud!
Let's keep this in mind!
To flip the "motivation switch" every day, make sure to take care of your mental and physical well-being.
Let’s recharge our energy a little bit every day, wherever we can, and climb the slope again today!
Stay safe today, everyone!
See you later.
P.S. Sorry that all the photos are of pro wrestling.
I'll take it seriously starting next time, lol
