The other day, I was taking photos at the site.

Photos of the usual site conditions and photos of our employees, lol

 

That's when I realized something.

It seems like every company's website is full of photos of buildings, doesn't it?

I understand.

How do I feel?

I guess our site does feature a few structures, too... (though not very many)

 

Legal Framework—Boom!

Bam!

Ground Anchor—Boom!!

It’s just expected that we’ll be able to do it (carry out the work), isn’t it?

After all, we're slope contractors.

"We can handle all kinds of major patented construction methods!"—That goes without saying, right?

The employees at the big companies will teach you everything you need to know, lol, so it's only natural that you'll be able to do it.

It's nothing to brag about.

 

I found myself thinking, “Isn’t the coolest thing about us the way our artisans go about their work!?”

That's why I'm so proud of the craftsmen at our company!

I actually take quite a few photos of my employees' faces and expressions while they're working.

It's really cool, isn't it?

 

Since this is actually a pretty standard project, the finished structure is, as expected, built to a high standard.

That's one thing. But more than that, I thought we should shine a spotlight on the employees who made it happen (lol) (just my own idea).

So, I'm thinking of posting that on our website or blog.

And I thought it would be nice to have a place where we could post photos of other talented craftspeople.

It’s the craftsmen who truly shine—more so than the framing, sprayed mortar, or any other construction method!

Going forward, I plan to focus more on the contractors.

 

I'm hoping to make a few improvements to the website as well and get it working well.

The times have shifted from focusing on things to focusing on people. In an era where the value of people, the value of Japanese people, and the value of artisans have all risen, I hope to preserve photos of these cool artisans for posterity.

Once the site is up and running, I'll set it up so you can all post there too. I'm looking forward to it!
