This year, I’m going to limit my smartphone use to the bare minimum to free up time and use it wisely!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

My fever keeps going up and down, and I'm feeling a little sluggish.

I guess it's COVID after all, huh? lol

Come to think of it, I'm planning to do something this year!

It's an app to help you break your smartphone addiction!

A Break from Smartphones

Whenever I have some free time, I find myself fiddling with my phone.

I guess it can’t be helped that I get emails and LINE messages even while I’m at work, but,

On top of that, I end up wasting time playing video games.

You're totally addicted to your phone, lol.

Well, posting on social media is part of my job, but I'm thinking about cutting back on pointless games and stuff.

Or I'm thinking of trying to find a way to do it, like setting aside a specific time for it.

That said, since my smartphone handles half the work anyway, I guess I’ll just quit gaming, lol.

I really like puzzle games, you know.

I guess you could call it a brain teaser—though I might not even be doing that anymore...

For now, I deleted the games I didn't need lol

Smartphones are constantly eating away at our precious time!

It’s understandable to some extent, given that there’s always so much content to enjoy, but let’s keep it to a minimum.

It’s easy to see why, if adults are this hooked on it, there’s no way kids wouldn’t be, right?

See you later.

If you don't help them hone their judgment, they'll grow up to be adults who can't make decisions!
