Smartphone Apps You Can Use Right Away on the Job Site | Handy Tools for the Construction Industry

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I've got a mild case of influenza A lol

I'm weak...

It seems to be what's commonly referred to as "hidden flu."

Just a mild case of the flu.

Actually, I had a fever for about two days, but it's subsided now.

The hardest part is that I still write blog posts even at times like that! lol

This is like a spiritual practice, lol.

Training

But that's beside the point.

In a recent article, we introduced Adobe Scan!

Introduction to AdobeScan

Thanks to a tip from someone who saw this, I was told, “You can use this one, too!?”

With Adobe Scan last time, as long as I took the photo as straight as possible, it converted it to a PDF accurately.

However, what I learned this time wasMicrosoft LensIt has nothing to do with the angle!

This really took me by surprise!!

It accurately corrects for angles from the left or right, making it look like it was taken perfectly head-on.

What's more, you can convert not only to PDF, but also to Word and PowerPoint!!

Isn't this the best?!

We still use Excel and Word a lot, don't we? The OCR feature is super handy, isn't it?

(The OCR feature applies OCR (optical character recognition) processing to files containing text that has been converted to images—such as image data or PDFs created by a scanner—allowing the text to be converted back into editable text for reuse.)

And, of course,It's free!

Wow, that's amazing! Microsoft is awesome!

By the way, there's a version for the iPhone, so you can start using it right away.

Give it a try sometime.

See you later.
