I interviewed a job applicant the other day.

Among those, working on slopes seems like hard work, and,
Apparently, people had the impression that the person working there looked incredibly athletic.
Apparently, they saw our site and thought that lol
But you don't really see many muscle-bound guys working on slopes, do you? lol
Sure, you see them once in a while, but isn't that just a normal body type?
Or I think there are quite a few who are a little on the chubby side. (That's just my personal impression.)
Actually, when you use a lollipop and hang from the rope, you can put your weight on it, so it’s easy, and,
I don't think it's usually the case that it's hard all the time.
I hate using the nozzle, so that's the one thing I really don't want to do (I've already messed up my shoulder, lol).
As for anchor work, machines do almost all of it, so the only time it gets tough is when the casing needs to be installed or removed quickly, right?
If the mountain is tough, I'll have a ton of free time on my hands, lol.
The hardest times for us are when it's super hot or super cold!
It’s really when I’m working while battling the forces of nature.
I think this is the hardest part.
Spring and fall are times when you can really feel nature’s warmth, gentleness, and kindness right on your skin.
When I think about it, since our outdoor work involves constantly interacting with nature,
"I love nature! I want to work in nature! I want to experience nature firsthand," they say.
The perfect job for nature loversIsn't that right?
Summer—working up a sweat while wearing air-conditioned work clothes in the scorching heat, looking forward to a beer at night!
Autumn: Gazing at the slope at dusk, thinking, “This job site will be wrapping up soon,” while making plans for tomorrow!
Winter—when, with our faces red from the bitter cold, we haul away machinery that’s been reduced to scrap metal after its engines blew out!
Spring—a time to dig holes while getting covered in dust, even in this lovely season!
Waiting in the car amid a terrible thunderstorm, I'm on edge during this rainy season, wondering whether we'll call it a day or press on!
In the construction industry, we are constantly battling and working in harmony with nature, feeling the passage of the four seasons as we go about our work.
I think this is probably the kind of job where people can truly be themselves.
Wake up early in the morning, work at a leisurely pace, eat a meal, and go to bed early!
That's what a normal life is all about, isn't it?
And it's actually not that hard.
