The elevation difference at the job site I started working on earlier this week is about 30 meters, I think.
I have to walk up a pilot road (construction road with heavy machinery) with a slope of just under 30 degrees, and it’s surprisingly tough, lol.
I haven't been moving up and down much lately, so I'm actually getting out of breath.
I'm not getting enough exercise. Ugh, I'm so tired lol.
Well, that’s beside the point, but at this job site, the surface has been finished using formwork.
But this is the site of a deep-seated collapse occurring even further back.
The frame is completely detached and being pushed.
The collapsed surface shows significant signs of weathering, andIncreasingly Strong WindsI guess it's just short of being granite.
The sandification is progressing, but if you go just a little further in, the N-value is close to 100, lol.
CH-grade rock from a landslide...
Plus, since the first group is the DL demographic, it looks like it’s going to be tough.
The inside is super hard, and the outside is all crumbly...
The biggest problem is that the drilling machine is a spring drill, isn't it?
The first 7 meters or so will probably be a breeze, but the section where it’s anchored is going to be a nightmare...
I'm worried about whether I'll be able to drill a hole.
But, just in case the worst happens, I’ve brought a down-the-hole hammer, so I’ll use that to drill the hole.
It works like a charm on tough spots, so it's absolutely fantastic!
However, if you drill a hole with this, it will crumble at the very beginning, so it will fall apart the moment you pull it out.
Therefore, we will perform counter-boring again using the 96 outer casing.
The bit on our down-the-hole hammer is 110 mm (custom-made), so we’ve designed it to fit a standard ring bit.
Instead of spending hours drilling into hard rock, it's faster to use a down-the-hole drill to dig through it quickly and then insert the outer casing.
It takes twice as much effort, but it’s faster. (Since the machine is small, the impact is minimal.)
It’s also important to consider starting construction as soon as possible.
If the construction period is shortened, not only will our company profit, but the general contractor will as well. And the agent will be able to move on to the next job site.
Getting things done quickly is one of the key aspects of construction sales, isn't it?
