Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The weather's been kind of all over the place lately—one day it's warm, the next it's cold.
It's hard to stay healthy there.
Guess I'll just layer up for now, lol.
Around this time, the end of the fiscal year starts to really heat up.
Take care of your health—and be careful not to drink too much or lose sleep!!

But that's beside the point.
How do you handle your electrical distribution panel?

Are most of them leases (rentals)?
We have our own electrical distribution panel at our place, but it's pretty beat up, lol. I guess it's about time to replace it—or at least swap out the enclosure.
We definitely need a distribution panel.
This is because it is physically impossible to draw power directly from the generator.
But did you know that there’s a lead time of about half a year even for distribution panels?
I got a quote the other day, but it turns out it’s the semiconductor shortage that everyone’s been talking about for the past few years.

To begin with, when we slope engineers hear the word “semiconductor,” what on earth does that even mean?
That's what you'd think, right?
A semiconductor looks like the one in the photo above.
There are probably all kinds of them, but they're a type of electronic component.
Semiconductors are absolutely essential for today's electronic devices.
It means that without this, there's nothing we can do.
Both circuit breakers and magnetic switches are essentially blocks of semiconductors.
Let's just pretend the pandemic is over and really ramp up production to boost our national strength, right?
I wonder what's wrong with Japan when it can't even make a distribution panel.
Since we can't repair the machines if we can't get the parts we used to be able to get right away, we're unable to perform repairs.
I really hope things get back to normal soon!
See you later.
