That said, it's just diarrhea—no fever, just feeling sluggish...

This case is totally crazy, lol.

A miracle happened at the job site: we were drilling drainage holes while working on two units, one on the right and one on the left.
Then, suddenly, it seems the first machine stopped being able to drill holes.
When I looked at the drilling fluid and saw iron particles mixed in, I concluded there was no doubt about it, so I recovered all of it, and then,
Apparently, the bit was completely gone, lol.
But this is practically a miraculous encounter!
The reason is that the tip of the casing hit something 60 meters away!
It's virtually impossible for a 96-mm shell to hit a target 60 meters away.
This is a site where amazing miracles are happening, but even though we’re currently stuck dealing with delays in the earthwork, I believe they’ll pull off a miracle! lol
Well, as long as they do a thorough job and follow safety procedures, there shouldn't be any problems.
This project has required overtime and Sunday work from the very beginning, and everyone has been working hard.
Of course, you’ll be paid in full for overtime and Sunday work!
The conditions are the same for both Vietnamese and Japanese people.
Overtime pay is 1.25 times the regular rate, and holiday pay is 1.35 times the regular rate. It’s not a miracle—it’s the law!
There are quite a few companies that don't pay overtime, but generally speaking, it is paid.
It’s basically illegal to refuse to work just because you’re a section chief or a department head. (The “position allowance” is a loophole.)
I'm sure there are some people who just dawdle around to rack up overtime.
Still, the basic rule is that it's paid.
In our case, since they're working for the company—even if just a little—we'll pay them!
That's why I think the employees at our company work really hard, and there are a lot of talented ones. (At least for now, lol)
There will probably be all sorts of challenges along the way, but I hope we can continue working together in the future.
If the company does its best to turn a profit and the employees do their best to increase productivity, the company will continue to improve.
If we make a profit, our salaries will go up.
Work-style reforms are limiting our ability to work, but that’s absolutely unacceptable!
