Continuing from last time, here are my recommended ways to stay warm!
Why Is It Important to Stay Warm? Keep the "Three Necks" Warm!!
It's the same as always for me: pants, tights, a hiking base layer, and an electric heating vest!
I think this is the best.
And to keep those three necks warm, too!
Something I often say around this time of year is that HeatTech and similar garments don't dry well once they absorb sweat, so your body gets cold.
So, I recommend getting some nice undershirts.
I think a hiking model that costs just under 10,000 yen would be best.
Even if I sweat, it dries right away, and it's just so warm!

It's the best base layer for the job site.
The fabric is great, so in the summer, this is all you need. In the winter, just layer something over it.
I got through this summer wearing just this one piece!
This base layer comes in thin, medium, and thick versions, but let's go with the medium one for now.
If you like it, you can buy a lightweight version and use it even in the summer.
Even though it's medium-weight, it's perfect for summer, too.
Considering how we'll be using it for work, something too thick would be a hassle—a medium-thickness one is plenty.
When you take off your jacket while wearing this mountain-specific base layer and your body is hot, steam will come pouring out and it’ll dry in no time!!!
It's like, "Whew..."
For women, it might be safer to go with a thicker one. (Montbell also has a women’s line.)

This is really good.
The key to staying warm is to focus on your lower body and back!
So, make sure to protect your lower body with tights!
As long as you avoid the extra-thick ones, you should be able to use these for work all the time.
If it's too thick, it'll restrict your movement, after all.
Even in extreme cold, something a bit thicker should be enough.

Any electric heated vest will do, but—
The key areas are the back of the neck and the upper back!
As long as this vest is nice and warm, you'll be just fine!
If possible, it would be perfect if a neck warmer were included in the set.
My top recommendation is the zip-up style!
I say this every year, but there are times when it gets really hot, right!?
In situations like that, just unzip it halfway.
