Rebuilding Your Life | Second Careers in the Construction Industry

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I went to a gathering the other day, and one person there mentioned that they were rebuilding their life.

Turnaround

Rebuilding My LifeThat was such a shocking—or rather, surprising—phrase that it was the first time I’d ever heard it, lol.

I just thought, "Starting over feels kind of refreshing."

Even when I really think about it, I’ve never felt the need to start my life over, nor has anything like that ever happened to me.

Does anyone else have this?? lol

When you say "rebuilding," do you mean tearing down the structure on top while leaving the foundation intact and then rebuilding it?

Well, since we're human, I suppose that means we'll have to change our way of thinking or change our current situation.

I think the quickest way to boost your mood and sense of fulfillment is to change your work environment or location—it’s surprisingly effective.

However, I also feel that fundamental human ways of thinking and behaving are not easily changed.

It’s often said that it takes as many years as one has lived to change one’s way of thinking.

Let's say that when you were 20, you decided, "From now on, I'm going to live my life based on this way of thinking."

That means it will take 20 years to fully achieve that. It means that by the time you turn 40, your way of thinking will be fully developed.

In reality, I suppose it will gradually be completed over the next few years.

When you think about it that way, it seems like completely changing your living environment might be a quicker solution than changing your mindset.

Don't you often hear people in the industry talk about how companies poach each other's employees?

You could say that he moved to another company to rebuild his life, too, couldn't you?

The company that got passed over naturally has some people complaining. (Especially those who feel that way, lol.)

But from the perspective of someone who’s leaving, there’s nothing more of a hassle than being talked out of quitting your current job to join another company, right?

You don't want other people to influence the decisions you make about your own life, do you?

I'd hate to be in that position, too. It would make me hate it even more, lol.

By taking a break and working in a different environment,Rebuilding My LifeThey might be trying to do that.

When I think about it that way, it's pretty hard to stop, lol.

Changing Jobs

I work to make myself happyIn that case,

When you're looking to turn your life around, changing companies seems like the best option. It seems to me that...

An environment that aligns more closely with my own ideas, where I can do my ideal job, that’s more challenging than my current one, and where I can grow even more,

There are probably various reasons for this, but I think you’ll experience greater growth and satisfaction in a more challenging environment than the one you’re in now.

So I, too,I tend to be picky when making choicesI make a point of selecting it.

If you take the easy way out, you'll end up going downhill.

I hope that by constantly putting myself in challenging situations, I’ll be able to rebuild myself, in a sense.

If anything, it’s more like gradually expanding and renovating my life rather than starting over from scratch, lol.

See you later.

Oh,

If you want to rebuild your life, come to Enta! Why not work with us to renovate and expand your life?

(But please don't come if you're the type who can't even take care of yourself—like running away from problems, lol.)

"Don't come here if you can't even wipe your own ass" ← I totally agree with this.
    I'm not the CEO—I'm just an employee—but that's what I think.
Since you’re in a technical role, I’d like you to do your job with confidence.
That said, if someone decides to quit, it’s their life, so while it’s easy to try to talk them out of it, whether I can take responsibility for the rest of their life is another matter...
    That's tough, isn't it?
I want to be the kind of person who will continue to look out for them even after that.
By the way, I mentioned using plumbing supplies to protect the hose, but I’ve never actually tried it myself—I just wanted Enta to give it a shot ^_^ I’m already stretched thin just putting the Sunny Hose over it ^_^ Sorry about that ^_^ I’ll give it a try myself, too ^_^

Thank you for your hard work.

Even grown-ups have a hard time doing that, don't they? lol
When you quit, have a proper conversation and submit your resignation letter.
      I just can't do this.

I think that in this industry, if you decide to quit, you can just stop going to work—that’s all it takes to quit, lol.
However, the company requires us to submit various documents and so on.
It’s a real problem because they just disappear without even knowing that.

Well, people like that are usually the type who can't even wipe their own butts and only come crawling back when they're in trouble.
It’s unfortunate, but this is the work of people who can’t overcome their own weaknesses.

I'm not even paying attention to them, lol.

We're giving a lot of thought to how to protect the hoses.
I've been checking out tons of plumbing supplies! lol
      I'll try something out sometime.

Ideas are important, after all! This really helps.
But it's actually fun to do it yourself.
I highly recommend it. You'll get to experience failure! lol
