Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Today is the third day.
I'm a beer vendor.

Working in a different industry is really exhausting, lol.
It's a simple job—just serving beer and taking payment—but it's tiring.
Ah, I wonder if the food and beverage industry just isn't for me...
I’ve come to the conclusion that this is probably because I don’t usually interact with such a large number of people.
The most exhausting customers are those middle-aged guys who just hand over the money and don't say a word! lol
This is the worst one, isn't it?
Like, "Come on, hurry up and bring the beer," lol
In cases like that,Would you like some tea?Well, I'll just ask anyway lol
Then they'll say, "Beer!" in a way that sounds like it's a hassle.

When I see people like that, they somehow seem kind of pitiful to me.
I wonder if they're being bullied at work or at home...
Is that like taking out your frustration on the vendor??
When you think about it, being a vendor is really tough, isn't it?
Even in a situation like that, you're still handling it with a smile, aren't you~!
I'm truly humbled.
In my case, I end up serving tea or playing pranks, lol.
I'm doing this as a volunteer, but I still have a lot to learn...
Just because this isn't my main job doesn't mean I'm not taking it seriously—but are customers really "gods"?
I hate that phrase!
After all, the store has the right to choose its own gods.
As I explore ways to attract customers, for some reason, there are some who keep coming back as repeat customers.
When I really think about it, I tend to communicate more with customers who come in several times.
Take the order, collect the payment, and hand over the item.
Customers who engage in even a little extra communication during these interactions will feel comfortable coming back.
Here comes another beer! I guess the fact that I've had a little to drink is part of it, too.
Rather than handing it over in silence without saying a word, hand it over while saying something.
Just that alone makes you a repeat customer, right? (Not 100%, though.)
That's interesting, isn't it!
Do you know how we get work from our general contractor?
Have you ever wondered, “Why did they come to our house?”
Above all, isn't there a lot of communication?
You're all reaching out to others to communicate, right?
The same is true for the opposite.
The more you get to know each other, the more you find yourself thinking about each other, don't you?
I guess that's what leads to repeat customers!
No matter what kind of job it is, we all want to find work where we’re the ones who choose it—and are chosen in return!
Working as a salesperson really brought that home to me.
I want to strike a balance between working in a way that makes me stand out and working in a way that generates profit.
See you later.
Fun Fact
「When it comes to choosing a partner… what do you think is the most “important” thing?
Giorno Giovanna...It's "trust," Giorno Giovanna!
The most important thing when people choose others is “trust.”
Compared to that, being smart or talented is—
This cracker isn't even worth a speck of dental plaque...」
