Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
The other day, I realized I'd made a huge mistake lol
I forgot to include a field for names in the application guidelines, so the 16 people who’ve applied so far say they don’t know who’s who lol
Well, since some of you already know this, I plan to check it out when I get there, but I really had forgotten the basics.
My apologies.
Please rest assured that we have corrected this for all registrations made since then.
Also,Deadline: Monday, May 15
We've changed it to this!

Currently 17 peopleMore people have applied.
What's more, people come from all over the country!
I'm starting to think that if things keep going at this pace, we might end up with way too many people, so I'm making arrangements to rent a slightly bigger space lol
As of now, the plan is,
For the afternoon session, I'm thinking of revealing some truths that I can't write about on my blog.
This is a document that cannot be made public, but we will make it available for viewing only on that day.
For construction companies and general contractors, this is the kind of thing that makes them go, “What?!” “Seriously?!” lol
Actually, I’ve touched on this briefly in my blog, but since I can’t show you the materials, I’ll only make them public at that time.

Next,Director JoeとIshio-kunwho served as a lecturer, and
I’m thinking of asking him to talk about everything from behind-the-scenes stories to ICT, drones, scanners, and more.
Since there are design consultants here as well, I’m hoping they’ll be able to discuss various matters with the contractors and the general contractor.
We’ll also be filming for YouTube at the same time, but for those who prefer not to have their faces shown, we’ll change the color of your name tag so we can blur your face during editing.
Since I imagine some of you might be concerned about the location, I’ll provide a rough estimate here.
Since the number of people is growing,
The matinee performance will definitely take place in Nagoya City, in the area around Nagoya Station.
For that reason, I would appreciate it if you could book a hotel in the Shinkaigai (Nagoya Nishiki) area. (For the evening performance)
You'll have to pay for the hotel out of your own pocket.

The red circle represents a 1-kilometer radius around the commercial district.
The blue circle represents a 500-meter radius around Shinka Street.
It's easier to get home if you stay as close to the downtown area as possible.
It takes about 5 minutes by subway from this bustling shopping district (Sakae Station) to Nagoya Station.
For those arriving by plane
The fastest train ride from Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya Station takes 29 minutes (Mue Sky).
It takes 40 minutes by bus from Komaki Prefectural Airport to Nagoya Station, and 30 minutes to Sakae.
May 26, 2023(Friday)
The event starts at 1:00 p.m., so please try to make it work for you.
The hotel is sure to be crowded on the day of the event, so I recommend booking your room as early as possible.
Is there really any point in people taking time off work from all over the country just to do this? (We’re off work, lol.)
That's what you'd think, right? (If you're a typical Japanese person.)
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were restricted in our interactions with others, but now things have returned to normal.
Zoom meetings, Zoom interviews, remote interactions—have these helped you connect with people?
Did you find someone you could relate to?
During that Zoom meeting, you were daydreaming for more than half the time, and before you knew it, you’d muted yourself and were on the phone, right? lol
Kind of like a radio

To connect with others and be inspired, you really have no choice but to get along with them.
Meeting people, talking, eating, drinking—that's where it all starts.
What's more, this gathering isSlopeWe have a common language.
I think this is the kind of place where people who love slopes so much they’d say, “I’m not going to talk about anything but slopes anymore!” will gather here, lol.
Even if there are a lot of people you don't know, things will work out as long as you ask about or talk about slope stabilization work.
Don't you think that if the circle of people involved in slope engineering expands even further and we can inspire each other, we'll be able to do even better work?
Of course, the suppliers who are sponsoring us will be there, too!
Let's have them advertise it as much as possible.
Let's look forward to seeing what kind of hilarious commercial they'll come up with!
Let them talk all about your company’s areas of expertise and recommended products!
There must be plenty of materials and construction methods that I’m not familiar with.
If we can become colleagues who understand the nuances that only professionals can grasp—and who can honestly discuss both the strengths and weaknesses of construction methods—we’ll be able to build an even better relationship, right?
There are surely some material suppliers who would love to hear honest feedback about the ○○ construction method or this particular material!

I think that if we can create an opportunity like that, Real Entertainment’s Slope Management Workshop will be a success.
If anyone is hesitating to participate, please work up the courage to come.
You might just find something even more important than your job!
Participating might actually make your work even more enjoyable.
This is something only those who have taken action can understand.
However, we ask that participants keep the information they learn at Real Entertainment's Slope Management Seminar confidential, lol.
See you later.
