If the machine is too low to place the concrete in the designated position, raise it!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

We have been carrying out drainage drilling work in Shizuoka as part of landslide prevention measures since a few days ago.

So, you know how sometimes the construction location is already set, but the machine is positioned too low to align with the pouring location?

In reality, it’s easiest to set it a bit low and then adjust it on the scaffolding, but in cases where that’s not possible—such as with earthen scaffolding—

Place a square piece of wood underneath and lift the entire structure upward.

That's raising the level, isn't it!

Square Lumber

There are a few things you need to be careful about at this point.

Vibrations can cause the flange to shake, which may result in the machine shifting out of position!

To keep it as still as possible, secure it firmly from front to back using lever blocks.

Lever Block

By the way, the lever block is hooked onto the steel plate the machine is mounted on.

I don't think it will move, especially if the machine has a certain amount of weight to it.

Longer butter knives are more stable, so I recommend the wider ones.

The trick to drilling is to be as gentle as possible, lol.

In any case, please be careful because it moves easily.

See you later.
