For example, the per-person unit price for slope stabilization work in Aichi Prefecture is 29,100 yen.
This simply refers to the labor cost per person.
It costs 29,100 yen to hire one slope worker, so expenses are not included.
That means the expenses are separate.
Of course, night shift allowances and premium pay are separate.
Also, on page 15, you'll find an estimate of how much it would cost to hire a slope worker at a rate of 29,100 yen.
