This is Enta.

I made a pressure relief valve for the first time in a while.
I'll just order the materials, and when I get back from the job site, I'll weld and assemble them.
Since the parts are cut with a laser to fit fairly precisely, they're easy to assemble.

Cut the 1-inch nipple in half and attach the two halves to serve as the inlet and the pressure gauge port.

It's been a while since I last did any welding, so I was totally terrible at it lol
I lost track of which part of the lid I was welding, so I ended up going in the wrong direction... lol
Well, as long as it applies pressure, that's fine... (out of desperation)

I cut out the really bad parts and made some revisions, but I figured this was good enough, so I've called it done.

All that's left is to insert the rubber band, and you're done.
The weld turned out pretty rough, but I’m going to make two more, so hopefully the last one will turn out somewhat better? lol
Since there was no rust inhibitor, I went with a room-temperature galvanized Lowbal—it’s a bit of a high-end spec, lol.
But I'm so busy and have to do this and that, so it's really tough.
And with the staff shortage, there's no time to rest, is there?
