PC Maintenance, Too! | PC Management in the Construction Industry

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Do you maintain your computer?

The thing is, my main PC was acting up a bit the other day...

I can still get my work done, but my storage space is running low, and things are getting critical.

Before you take off (though it’s fine to go ahead and do it, lol), copy the necessary files from your local machine to the cloud, and

I cloned my main drive and am using my computer for now, lol.

Computer Repair

I'm opening the lid right now even though it's like this lol

Next, I'll clone the SSD visible in the lower right corner, and then create a clone of the HDD.

The reason I’m cloning it is that installing it from scratch is a hassle, so I’m just moving it from a small-capacity SSD to a larger-capacity SSD,

That means you don't have to reinstall the software.

Does that mean it'll end sooner?

That's kind of how it is, but I haven't actually done it yet.

 

Anyway, since I opened up my PC for the first time in a while today, I guess it's time to clean out the dust, lol.

PC Cleaning

As expected, the fins on the water-cooling unit were completely covered in dust lol

Well, I guess there's nothing I can do about it... It's probably been more than five years since I last did it...

Just by tidying up this area, you'll significantly reduce the noise!

 

I'm still busy, so I think I'll just keep things as they are for a while...

After all, we can't move forward until we submit the safety documents!

 

I imagine you'll all have a little more free time from now on.

We recommend performing maintenance on your computer during this time of year!

After all, a computer is just a machine, too.

I'm scared I'm about to get punished for letting things slide lol

That said, since all the data is centrally managed in the cloud,

It’s not like back in the day when my data would just vanish and I’d go, “Aaaaaaaah!” lol

The cloud is really convenient!
