Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I think mobile cranes are used quite often.
And, of course, you're working with the outriggers extended to their maximum, right? lol
Well, I was just writing about something obvious, but something unusual happened here.

Under normal circumstances, this is how we use the outrigger pads.
It goes without saying that it won't crack even if used in areas with poor soil conditions.
Or rather, that's what I thought.

What do you think? lol
I just recently bought two of them from somewhere.
For 2 to 4 metric tons.
Well, it was cheap.
I bought it thinking it would never break, lol

And not just one, but two at once!
So I was like, "Whaaaat?!" and went to check out that site.
Then I saw this note that said

A flat, stable spot...
Let's do it on the griddle...
This method of laying the steel plates is so different from standard practice that it can't be used on-site.
If there are any warnings when purchasing floorboards, please be very careful.
But it was just so terrible that I ended up writing in my review, “Don’t buy this under any circumstances!” lol
We've decided to start manufacturing the base panels in-house.
That would be cheaper, and I think I could make a stronger one (out of aluminum).
Please be careful, everyone.
See you later.

I recommend Tadano's genuine base plates for cargo cranes. Depending on when you look, I think you can win a set of two brand-new ones on Yahoo! Auctions for between 15,000 and 20,000 yen. Used sets go for around 10,000 yen. They’re nearly 10 cm thick, so they don’t break easily. You don’t see many wooden ones these days, but these are made from railroad ties.
Thank you as always.
With a brand like TADANO, you can definitely rest assured!
I'll check Yahoo! Auctions!! lol
I realized that cheap safety equipment is extremely dangerous.
I'll really be careful on my way there.
We look forward to your continued support.
