The Guy Who's Already Run Out of Things to Do on the Third Day of the New Year | New Year's

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Today marks the end of the three-day New Year's holiday, doesn't it?

I'm already in work mode, taking care of this and that.

Starting tomorrow, I'll be in full work mode, so I'm just going to laze around playing games until today lol (I get tired after just an hour lol).

 

I’d really like to go to the office and repair the drilling machine, but since the parts haven’t arrived, there’s nothing I can do.

Idol Pulley

This involves replacing the idler pulley and performing an overhaul.

The belt isn't behaving normally, so it needs to be repaired.

 

During long weekends like this, manufacturers are naturally closed too, so I guess that can’t be helped, but there are things I can only do when I’m off work, and I’d like to do them—but I don’t have the stuff lol.

Since I'm starting work on the 5th, I'm thinking I'll take it apart and send an email to order the parts before then.

 

The thing is, I'm actually a workaholic, and I'm just an old guy with nothing to do on holidays, so it's a bit of a problem.

Even during the New Year's break, I was working on various things in 3D CAD...

I think I've realized that games are fun because I play them in my spare time when I'm busy.

What's more—and I'm a little embarrassed to admit it—my hands aren't as steady as they used to be when I play games, and my reaction time has slowed down quite a bit compared to the past.

I get taken out right away. (I love Monster Hunter!)

 

Come to think of it, maybe it’s about time I started designing new things bit by bit using 3D CAD.

Personally, I don't really have the concept of "New Year's," so I guess I'll just work lol

I'll keep it on the down-low so I don't bother anyone, lol

But honestly, once you hit your mid-40s, there’s really nothing to do, is there??
