Hello, everyone
This is Enta.
The other day, I visited the company where a junior colleague of mine—the branch manager at a major slope engineering firm—works.
I called him out of the blue and asked him to come over, and he kindly agreed (maybe because I'm his junior, so he couldn't say no? lol) to meet me in the company reception room.
From the past to the present
So, since we need to keep coming up with new construction methods, we were talking about it, saying, “This is good,” and “That’s good.”
"This is too much trouble," or "Couldn't this be used for that?"
This is the best time of day, isn't it⁉︎
Specialists devise new construction methods, offer their opinions, and work out how to actually implement them.
Design calculations can be worked out later, so it's important to voice your opinions.
Since professionals in the field all agree that something new is needed, ideas keep coming up.
We had a really great time while talking about how to operate the machine—this way and that way.
It only took about an hour, but we came up with two good ideas lol

I really want to say this—I can't wait to say it—but I'll have to try a few things first.
I'll keep my mouth shut lol

This whole situation got me thinking—why don't we organize a meeting to brainstorm new construction methods like that?
Wouldn't it be interesting if experts in the field got together to come up with next-generation construction methods?
It would be a waste to leave the development of new construction methods solely to major contractors.
For us, small and medium-sized independent contractors,Construction TechniquesThere is.
Maybe it's about time I gave that a try!
When professionals get together, they can come up with all kinds of ideas.
Let's bring it to life and pass it on to the next generation!
And above all, whether that method succeeds or fails,I don't care!
I want to make sure that even if I fail once, I don't just give up and stop trying.
Since that gathering will naturally involve drinking, how about making it a one-night, two-day trip? lol
If we split the bill evenly, I'm sure it'll be a fun get-together, lol (Are you already only thinking about drinking parties?? lol)
Of course, we’ll eventually turn what we discussed into a concrete plan, and when it’s sold, we’ll split the proceeds fairly.
Whether you work for a company or not, it’s kind of fun to earn some extra income lol
I came home all excited, letting my imagination run wild.
I'd love to organize the first gathering for slope contractors~
See you later.

That's cool❗
I can't make it, though... probably...
Good luck!
Thank you for your hard work.
It's kind of fun to work on a project together with people in the same field, isn't it?
Please be sure to join us!!
The drinking party is going to be a blast!! LOL
I always enjoy listening to your posts. This latest idea is great, too! That’s typical of you, Enta! You’re so flexible in your thinking—it’s reassuring! Please, please be sure to include older people in that as well.
Thank you as always.
I definitely want to work across company boundaries, bringing together everyone from young employees to mid-career professionals and veterans.
It’d be kind of fun if the things we all made together could leave even the slightest mark on future generations, lol.
I'm basically the type of person who, as long as I think something is fun, I'll just go for it. Haha
I'll be sure to contact you again when the time comes.
Yes! I'll join.
Thank you for your hard work.
Make a quick decision!
This is important.
But it's still just in the planning stages, so I might be getting ahead of myself lol
I'll be in touch again!
