I was watching the morning TV show and it occurred to me that,
Besides the actual news, there are often segments that are like food reviews, right?
"Hey, could you maybe include the slope there too??" lol
For example,
「"This cement slurry looks like it'll develop some nice strength, doesn't it?"
"This legal framework is really clever!"
"You're really good at applying ink, aren't you?"
"You drill really fast and skillfully! It doesn't get stuck at all~"
I bet if they covered this on a morning show, more people would start looking for jobs, lol.
But that's beside the point.
Installing the pressure plate is pretty difficult, isn't it?
Filler material specifically for leveling irregularities on the underside of the pressure plate
As of now, there isn't anything that's both super easy and awesome!
(In my experience)
The backfill material is
Mortar-based, injection-based, pour-in-place, compression-based, and soil-based
There are all sorts of options. In the end, there isn’t really one that stands out as “the one,” is there? (This is just the contractor’s opinion, though.)
These are the criteria for "I want this!", but,
1. Thickness: 50 mm
(30 mm is too little, while 50 mm is too much, though)
2. Weather resistance: For outdoor use.
3. Compressibility: Gently conforms to uneven surfaces
4. Hardness: If possible, it should be slightly harder.
(Hard yet soft)
5. Weight: Of course, lighter is better, but I guess I can put up with it a little lol
6. Workability: Since it will be cut to fit the pressure plate, it’s best to choose a material that’s easy to cut.
There's nothing more convenient than this!

Why Do We Perform Leveling?
In the case of ground anchor construction, pressure is applied to the mountain.
In order for that pressure to be effectively transmitted to the mountain, it needs to be applied across a surface.
If the load is concentrated at a single point, it can cause partial damage or deformation, or even partial failure of the surrounding rock mass.
If part of the surrounding rock collapses due to uneven loading after the anchoring is complete, there is a possibility that the tensile force will decrease.
Therefore, it is necessary to carefully level the surface and ensure it is properly set.

This is a job site where, because the site supervisor was unaware of the zabuton frame, there was significant unevenness in the zabuton frame, resulting in the need to install EPS (expanded polystyrene).
The "zabuton frame" has completely lost its meaning lol
Please take every precaution during installation to prevent this from happening.
