"Not Doing Something Just Because You Don't Like It Is Nonsense" | Slope Construction Specialist

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There are only a few days left in the year!

People often say that, don't they?

Personally, it's just a long holiday for me, lol.

It's not much different from usual, and just like every year, I hardly ever leave the house.

I guess this is just the time of year when I find myself thinking about how things might play out this year.

Young People in the Entertainment Industry Are the Treasure of the Future

Understand and assess the times and the current situation.

This year, due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, we were able to identify various areas of waste.

How to manage the workplace and organize documents. The necessity of an office and how to interact with others.

What do you all think?

We slope engineers work as a team.

That's exactly why teamwork is so important, isn't it?

We use social media and other platforms to discuss and refine that teamwork, then put it into practice on the job.

It's far more effective than holding pointless meetings at work.

Even if we hold a meeting, nothing will get done if the top brass doesn't like the outcome.

There are tons of companies in that kind of situation. It’s what you’d call “stuck in the past.”

That’s why some employees with innovative ideas end up being stifled.

Promote what's good. Discard what's no good. (Pointless Obsessions)

People with particularly old-fashioned views are bound by the past.

"It's always been this way," "That's why..."

Those days are long gone.

Sometimes the CEO is so innovative that the employees can't keep up, but that's actually a bit better, lol.

Trying something new is practice for the future.

Legal Framework Assembly Practice

Let’s try out new approaches on-site regarding product finish, quality, and processes!

It doesn't matter whether it works out or not.

It's just practice for the future, after all lol

It’s not like things are going to go smoothly just during practice, right?

It’s something that comes together little by little as you get better and make small improvements along the way.

I believe the company's future will involve some kind of initiative using social media.

Use it as much as you can and get used to it while you still can.

It’s important to have the willingness and take action—don’t just say, “Eh—?”—and give it a try.

New things are great, aren't they?

I'm not saying you should ride the wave, but I think it's okay to just dip your toes in.

See you later.
