We were showcasing this machine at the trade show this time.

Apparently, since the agitator has both a mixing function and a forced-feed function, there’s no risk of the material not being drawn in!

Actually, a squeeze pump has a hard time drawing in the material unless it creates a vacuum! (The mortar doesn't flow into the pump.)
So, first you need to apply a really loose layer of mortar.

Since it's spiral-shaped, it keeps moving forward.
So, that means the other blades will do the stirring.

It's very well thought out.
I think if we send it like this, there won't be any risk of the materials being held up.
The key to spray application with a squeeze pump is how well you can feed the material, right?
If you're not very skilled, the machine won't draw in the material, so nothing will come out.
If we're going to modify the current agitator hopper, it might be a good idea to make the mixing part a spiral shaft! lol
As for the application rate, when using this NF-100 compact slope shotcrete machine, it is reportedly about 5 m³ per hour (according to the manufacturer).
If you assume the actual figure is about 80 percent, I think you'll be fine, even when factoring in the time it takes to get used to it.
Feed the mortar from the agitator hopper into the 3-inch tube.
Since it goes into a spray hose that’s about 2 inches in diameter, I don’t think there will be much material waste.
Air is fed in through the check valve, and the material hose connection is on the opposite side.
Though, if this 3-inch tube were to burst, it’d be pretty expensive, lol.
The total selling price may vary slightly depending on the dealer, but it’s ○○○ million yen lol

It's cheaper than a spray machine, but I do find myself thinking, "At this price..."—though I suppose that really depends on its actual performance.
If someone told me, “It’s this price because it’s this size and has these features,” I guess I’d probably end up buying it?
That’s what I think, but I’d love to try it out at home too! *grin*
