A New Approach to Job Postings | Recruitment Methods in the Construction Industry

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There’s a recruitment video that’s been up on YouTube for a few months now, and since it’s pretty funny, I wanted to share it with you.

It’s pretty rare to find a company that can post job openings with this much flexibility, isn’t it?

When I looked into it, I found out that this company—which does such innovative things—has actually been in business for 100 years!

It's wonderful, isn't it!

I can't believe a long-established business would do something like this.

It really brought home to me that at the heart of a company that has been in business for over 100 years lies a mindset rich in change and flexibility!

I have no connection to this company whatsoever, but I can’t help but respect it.

Just thought I'd share this on my own, lol

Civil engineering work is the same no matter where you do it in the country. It doesn't really differ that much.

But if you're going to do it anyway, you'd want to work for a company that's fun, right?

I'd like to work for a company that does unusual things.

Even though it's a long-established company, I could sense that it has the flexibility to pull off something like this, and I found myself thinking, "I'd kind of like to work there too," lol.

Hey, everyone in Kyushu—why not give them a call sometime? (Not that I know anything about what goes on behind the scenes, lol.)

So, there's another video I really like.

This is it.

But just doing all those different types of sumo takes 31 minutes and 39 seconds.

It's a totally ridiculous job posting, but what caught my eye was that they were filming a video right in front of a mortar spraying plant!!

It's probably a subcontractor's plant, but for some reason, I felt a sense of familiarity lol.

Every time the match ends, this slightly weird, sexy older woman..."Ka·Wa·Be·Gu·Mi ♡ *sparkle*"That feeling is just irresistible!

Well, even if I watch it at double speed, I get bored halfway through, so I might as well fast-forward, but there's something surreal about it that I like lol

I didn't know there were job postings like this!

I think that's wonderful.

We also hope to do our best to offer you something a little more interesting, rather than just sticking to the ordinary.

Kawabe-gumi is also hiring, but don't forget that we're hiring at Enta, too!

See you later.
