When you first glance at cement slurry, you probably think, “That looks thin” or “That looks thick,” right?
You can't help but wonder if the ingredients go well together, can you?
In cases like that, use Mad Balance.
The flow rate is used to verify workability.
"Mud Balance" refers to checking the mixing ratio.
Pour the cement slurry into the mud balance container, close the lid, and wipe it clean.
While checking the level, move the weights from side to side until it is level.
Once the unit is level, check the reading on the mud balance.
I guess I'm around 1.82 this time.
Well, for fast-setting cement, I think this amount is generally fine.
I think seeing this will put your mind at ease, but since this isn't something they usually do unless it's under NEXCO's management, it's a bit of a hassle.
