There really has been a decline in greenery lately, hasn't there? I haven't seen any base material at all lol.

In reality, there are maintenance issues due to a shortage of staff, aren't there?

As the contractor, the landscaping contractor is covered by a two-year warranty against defects.

That's actually quite a hurdle, isn't it?

What happens if the warranty for non-growth becomes a "mat"??

Is the mat the reason the grass isn't growing? It's hard to say for sure since there's also wildlife damage, lol.

I guess the real reason is probably that the soil is poor, but the warranty for landscaping defects is treated as a construction defect, lol.

I’m not entirely sure about this aspect either, but lately I’ve been leaning more toward mats than sprayed vegetation substrates.

The reason is that it’s easy to handle.

It's resistant to rain, so installation can be done without any problems even in light rain, and no machinery is required.

Above all, even a complete novice in Vietnam will be able to do it easily, lol.

That's why I think the mat is the better choice, even if the unit price drops a little.

As for the product itself, since vegetation mats from any manufacturer are pretty much the same, it doesn't really matter which one you choose.

Every company has its own way of doing things, but as far as the construction crew is concerned, as long as the grass grows, we couldn't care less lol (I'm probably going to get in trouble for saying that).

It’s definitely better if the work can be done quickly and requires minimal follow-up.

I think it looks more stable at first glance than the vegetation engineering method ^^

It’s fine since it’ll eventually disappear, but stability is important.

As for the vegetation mats, there are a few things I think could be improved, but I’ll save that for next time.
