A major cold snap is coming!?
During the last cold snap at the end of the year, my rotary percussion froze solid lol.
It seems this cold snap is going to be worse than the last one, so please be careful, everyone.
And the thing you need to be most careful about when you finish working is that the water in the hose might freeze overnight!
There's just nothing I can do about this!!
My work will slow down significantly.
We'll need to make the necessary arrangements for that.
We slope contractors mostly use coolant in cold regions, right?
Disconnect the water and air hoses used during operation and let air flow through them.
First, remove any moisture from inside the hose and the machine.
Next, pour this antifreeze into the hose and let it circulate throughout the hose.
It's okay to blow on it with air. (It's fine if a little comes out.)
For devices like the Suipon, draw water from the water tank and use it as antifreeze!
Make sure to leave some antifreeze in the injection pump and other components, and keep the fluid circulating.
Otherwise, the pump won't run in the morning lol
Sometimes the electrical panel or magnetic switches freeze, so it’s handy to have a hair dryer or something similar on hand.
Or put a hand warmer on top of the magnetic switch!
Living in cold regions is expensive.
Even so, I have to work!
I’d like to find ways to make my work go more smoothly, even if it’s just a little bit.
