We've been having a lot of equipment problems lately.
The reason is that we’re so busy that we can’t properly maintain the equipment before sending it out to job sites one after another, so we can’t keep up with the maintenance.
The other day, a percussion instrument broke at a performance, and I feel terrible for causing everyone trouble.
That said, due to staff shortages, we can't seem to find the time to do the maintenance.
Plus, maintenance involves first checking what’s broken and what isn’t, and then ordering parts, so it takes time.
There isn't much you can do in just a week or so.
That's exactly why I can't do my job without a backup device.
That said, if they end up having to bring that replacement unit to the site as well...
With sprayers, it's easy to identify which parts break or wear out, but with rotary percussion machines, it's quite a challenge.
Hydraulic systems, in particular, are complex, so it's a hassle without the blueprints.
Well, even with the blueprints, it's still a pain, lol.
If I had a little more time, I could probably manage to do the maintenance, but I'm pretty busy right now.
I get the feeling there might be a few openings in February, but it’s great that jobs keep coming in one after another.
We hope to carry out construction on-site while making daily adjustments to minimize mechanical problems as much as possible.
You should all make sure to inspect your machines regularly, too.
Since there are warning signs before things get completely out of hand, we should make sure not to overlook them.
