According to a press release from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the average labor cost rate has increased by approximately 3.41 TP3T.

Since there are no (or very few) public works contracts being awarded, a price war breaks out as companies compete to offer the lowest prices, even if it means selling at a loss.

What a terrifying downward spiral. The bids are almost all at the minimum price.

We don't have any work either, so of course we'll give you a detailed estimate, lol.

Still, I can't win, though lol (There's always someone better than me.)

 

Well, this is the time of year to give the machinery a thorough tune-up and get ready for the busy season.

There's no point in getting worked up. I'm a little nervous, though, lol.

This week, all of us employees are going out to have a blast! We've got some free time, after all.

 

By the way, the other day, my HiAce was broken into...

It seems that not only the HiAce but also about six other cars in the vicinity were damaged, which really makes me angry.

I guess that means I should slow down a little? lol
