Once the labor cost survey is complete, the end of the fiscal year is just around the corner | Cycle

Hello, everyone

This is Enta.

It's that time of year again for public sector employees.

That's right, this is the time of year for it! Labor Cost Audit!!!

Labor Cost Survey

Since we submitted the October survey last week, all that’s left for us is to discuss it over the phone.

This year, there were also sections about CCUS (Career Advancement System), and with all the changes—which were really annoying—it was a lot harder than last year.

It took three months for the company's CCUS to arrive after we applied, but the individual CCUS still hasn't come, lol.

Even so, questions like “What did you put in the application?” or “Did you even apply?” are kind of annoying, lol.

I couldn't help but wonder, "Does that have anything to do with the labor cost survey???"

I guess there's nothing we can do about it since the request came from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism...

Well, it's such a pain every year, lol.

To be honest, I think I'll probably take the exam at a location with fewer people during that period.

It's such a hassle and takes so much effort.

I’d like it to be a little simpler and run more smoothly.

Besides, these days, creating a document in Excel, printing it out, and mailing it...

I'd really like to do this online.

Well, thanks to COVID, there are some areas where working remotely and handling calls have actually improved things.

Once this labor cost survey is over, it feels like the end of the fiscal year is just around the corner.

It's going to get much colder from here on out, so everyone, please be extra careful!

See you later
