Lately, we've been doing nothing but maintenance at work. (Not me, though lol)
Is everyone keeping up with their maintenance? lol

Well, even when we say "maintenance," there are some parts that just involve replacing the assembly (commonly referred to as an "assembly").
They say that even though the bushings that arrived from the manufacturer the other day were part of an assembly, they don’t fit our machine, and they don’t know who the manufacturer is.
It’s kind of like, “Huh?”—but if it comes down to having no choice but to grind down the inner diameter of the bushing so the shaft fits, it really makes it feel like I’m doing some serious maintenance, lol.
Please take a close look at your machines and such.
Most of the parts are made by other manufacturers.
Unless you're getting a replacement in Assen, you can pretty much find them on Rakuten or Amazon.
Plus, it's super cheap!
For example, a timer for a spray machine

It's inside the spray machine's electrical panel, right?

If you look closely, it says "OMRON H3CA-8."
This is the model number.
Below that: Source: 200/220/240 V AC~
The label "200/220/240V AC" means it operates on 200/220/240V AC.
So, if you look this up online,
You can buy it on the website listed above.
In fact, even for the exact same item, you can sometimes buy it for less than half the manufacturer's price.

This comes with it too, right?
Commonly known as a magnetic switch.
It says "SC-5-1" in the upper left corner. The manufacturer is Fuji Electric, on the right.
If you look it up online, you'll find plenty of options at low prices.
You've seen something like this before, haven't you?

These days, you can buy individual machine parts online for cheap.
As long as it's not a specialty part, you can usually buy it!
If you really need it right away, your only option is to contact the manufacturer, but it’s always good to have a spare on hand, isn’t it?
In many cases, the cost is half that of the manufacturer's.
It makes sense to buy two and keep one as a spare, right?
Since you never know what might happen on site, it’s a good idea to have a full set of parts on hand—or at least keep track of any parts that look like they might be on the verge of failing—so you can replace them when the time comes.
It's helpful to know the part numbers for each component.
