It’s precisely because you never know where or how things will come together that you have to keep steadily building on what you’ve done!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Even if you think, “I could save them”… “Secondary Damage” from a Series of Drowning Accidents: “Don’t Go in the Water”—A Plea from a Former Rescue Team Member

Since the recent Ameba TV story made it onto Yahoo! News, I thought I'd share it here lol

Since it was off-topic, I couldn't discuss matters related to slope stabilization, but,

I just added "Slope Management School" to the background, lol.

Looking back now, I’m really glad I took up swimming (though I never want to go through such grueling practices again, lol).

There are times when you think, “Wow, this is actually kind of a waste of time!” (Not that I’m saying swimming is a waste of time, lol.)

But I think there’s always a moment when it comes in handy.

At work, doing pointless things won't make you any money!

That happens all the time.

However, there are times when that happens to turn into money or help out in some way.

All kinds of experiences help me grow as a person.

It's a waste of time, but I'll do it anyway.

It's just for my own satisfaction, but I'll go ahead and do it.

I'll keep at it until I've mastered it to some extent.

It's just a small thing, but,

If you keep steadily working on things like that, there’s a chance it could lead to something in the distant future.

Of course, there are times when things end up being a waste of time or don't turn a profit.

Knowing something or having done it gives your life a whole new depth.

Think

Just like in the workplace, people who are negative and resistant from the start won’t grow.

How can I do that?

Let's try to think about it from that perspective.

Most people who keep saying they're busy, busy aren't actually doing that much work, and,

There are actually a lot of people who say, “I’m so bored—I’m so bored,” but who are actually swamped with work.

People who are always saying they're busy are just the ones who want others to appreciate them, lol.

Just saying, “I’m trying so hard!”—but in reality...

It all depends on how you think about it.

You don't have to take on more work or other things than you can handle, but you can do it—you're capable, and you've got room to spare!

That's all I think.

Surprisingly simple things can give you some breathing room.

If you do that, your capacity will gradually expand.

And I think it’s fine if even a small part of that experience is completely unrelated.

When you come home from work and see something for the first time that has absolutely nothing to do with work, it might turn out to be interesting.

We don't know where or how these connections will lead, but let's keep building our knowledge and experience!

See you later.
