When I see things like this, I find myself wondering if work has anything to do with job titles or industries.

I just happened to join this company at a certain point in time, and I just happen to be working in my current position, working with people I just happened to meet here.

Whether you have fun or not is up to you; I think it’s perfectly fine to just work quietly without talking to anyone.

There may be some jobs that aren't a good fit, but I don't think there are many jobs that are truly the wrong choice.

Since you just need to figure out the right answer for yourself, changing jobs can be considered one of the right answers.
