Companies reported for employing undocumented immigrants will be penalized, and you can receive a reward for reporting undocumented immigrants!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

It's August starting today!

It's tough working in this sweltering heat, but let's keep plugging away with determination, grit, knowledge, and action!!

By the way,

I found that intern who quit the other day on Facebook lol

Since Vietnamese people use Facebook, I posted something that made it look like I was working.

It seems he works in Nagoya.

Offense of Facilitating Illegal Employment

Well, if I can figure out who it is eventually, I’d like to report them—and the company they work for, too, lol.

There are probably agencies that place such children, as well as employers who hire them for low wages.

Still, I'm curious about how they do their work.

I guess they're probably working on private construction projects or something.

It would be nice if we always had to show our residence cards, even for private construction projects, though.

There's something I want you to know,

Spot and report undocumented immigrants, andWhen a deportation order is issuedYou'll get a bonus!!!

Article 66 (Compensation)

If a person who discovers an undocumented immigrant and reports them to Immigration authorities is the basis for the immigrant’s deportation, that person will be paid a reward of up to 50,000 yen.
However, in the case of “employees of the national government or local governments,” reporting is mandatory, so no reward is paid.Article 66 Where a person has made a report pursuant to the provisions of Article 62, paragraph (1), and a deportation order has been issued based on that report, the Minister of Justice may, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, pay the person who made the report a reward of not more than 50,000 yen. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the report is based on facts that an official of the national government or a local public entity learned in the course of performing his or her duties."As prescribed by the Ministry of Justice Ordinance"
Article 60 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act stipulates that the amount of this reward shall be “not less than 1,000 yen and not more than 50,000 yen per case.”

I'm not sure what criteria are used to determine the amount, but please keep this in mind.

And please be sure to report any companies that hire such people.

I think these kinds of small, unassuming actions are really important.

Looks like our interns are searching for the guys who ran off to get the reward money lol

Be sure to report both the companies that employ them and the undocumented immigrants themselves.

Then I'll get a bonus lol

It may seem like I'm being bribed, but it's for Japan's sake!!

This is just a starting point, so if you happen to find one, I’d appreciate your help.

See you later

The bonus system is great, isn't it?
I also think it would be very efficient to have trainees from that country—who have networks that Japanese people don’t have—help with the search.
I hope we can find them somehow and get them to leave!
