The hopper I ordered the other day is ready.

I mean, it's just a gravel hopper, lol

The thing is, since work on-site isn't moving forward, I can't even go there, so every day is just a cycle of cost estimation, cost estimation, quotes, design changes, and more cost estimation lol.

I guess the real info is out in the field, huh? lol

When I'm working on paperwork, I start to get fed up by the evening, so I head over to the warehouse.

And just like that, it’s all done, lol.

Just seeing stuff like this makes me happy for some reason lol

Also, take a closer look.

This hopper is designed so that it has no corners.

The exit is circular lol

With a standard hopper, there are welded joints where the four corners are joined, and sand or gravel tends to get caught there slightly.

This hopper has been rounded off to eliminate sharp edges and reduce snagging. (Well, that's really all there is to it, lol.)

Plus, since it's gravel, it's easy to slip on, lol.

But the bending technique in this piece is amazing!

The legs are equipped with jack bases so they can be adjusted at an angle; therefore, this is a jack base model.

Since the jack base generally has an effective length of about 400 mm, it can lift the load to that maximum height.

One thing that concerns me is whether it can be raised using jack bases if it’s a 5-meter Belcon model.

Maybe cut off one end of the headband??

That's the only thing I'm worried about, but well, let's just give it a try for now lol

By the way, the product is treated with rust inhibitor at the time of delivery.

 

But what's really surprising is the price—I can't say, lol.

I think it's good enough to send to the manufacturer as is, lol.

How much would it cost to make one with a sand hopper right now?

You can also make it using a sand hopper.

Even without a drawing, we can usually create one if you just tell us the dimensions of the tabletop.

Well, since I'm the one who draws the blueprints, I'm pretty good at that kind of thing, lol.
