I just can't stop doing the reverse-spin technique...

100% of the projects at our site this month are using the counter-rotation method...

This construction project really isn't moving forward at all, lol.

It makes me laugh.

Perform a test spray, install the anchors, assemble the zabuton frame, spray the zabuton, set the pressure-bearing plate, and tension it.

And then another cut...

It's just the same thing over and over.

In terms of government unit prices, it's generally about 20 percent higher.

Is everyone getting 20% more work?

In our case, it’s not too bad because the same crew can handle everything from spraying to drilling.

If the slope team and the anchor team were split up, this would be a real nightmare.

Discrepancies arise when we try to coordinate our schedules.

And that gap then leads to wasted effort.

Even the contractors sometimes use spray application for just 30 square meters or drill holes for three anchors.

This is a real problem.

Managing a general contractor is tough and a hassle.

Even if you think, “Isn’t there some way to fix this?,” the reverse-winding method is one of those things where nothing can be done about it, isn’t it?

In the years to come, I suppose construction projects will mainly be limited to sites where the ground collapses as soon as you dig about 1 meter deep.

I guess it's about time to start thinking about something new.
