The other day, I told our younger employees to buy safety harnesses and to always wear them.

In the case of anchor work, since we’re currently using the equipment on scaffolding, we don’t specifically use safety hooks at this time.

You must wear the safety harness so that you are always prepared to use it in any situation.

That said, for now, it's still just a standard waist-style safety harness.

When I think that this will eventually be replaced by a full-body harness...

Even standard safety harnesses are sometimes stolen.

It’s pretty common to see items sold at secondhand shops with things like shino or wire cutters still attached, lol.

For now, I've made it so I can tell which items we bought.

It's just for peace of mind, but it's there just in case.

Plus, if you attach a waist pouch or other items to the belt part, it becomes hidden... lol

With full-body harnesses, though, there seem to be quite a few areas where you need to be able to distinguish them.

I’d also like to request theft prevention measures—such as adding distinctive features—at a price of around 3% of the cost of a full-body safety harness.

Spending 3% of the asset's value on theft prevention measures makes it less likely to be stolen.

Full-body harnesses are also quite expensive, so we'll need to be careful.

However, it seems that spraying while wearing a full-body harness is quite difficult, and the mortar tends to get caught in it.

It looks like we'll need to cover the joints with mortar and take other measures as well.
