These days, drilling is more about using water and air than just water, isn't it?

In the past, water drilling was the standard method. (Water-air drilling is a more recent drilling method.)

To clean the inside of the casing, I used plenty of water and moved the inner rod up and down.

For that reason, anchor drilling and dewatering drilling consumed a great deal of water.

Now, by using air, we are able to reduce the amount of water used.

Cleaning is done by filling it with water and then blowing it all out at once with air, right?

Using air helps prevent water from remaining inside the casing, ensuring thorough displacement during injection.

I’ve been thinking lately that, when it comes to drilling holes, if you’re using water drilling, the recirculating method is by far the fastest!

That's what I think.

I think using compressed air makes for more efficient soil removal, but surprisingly, using water doesn't make much of a difference.

Furthermore, using a water-circulating drilling system not only conserves water but also increases the specific gravity of the cuttings, making them easier to remove than when using water or air alone.

There are issues with the equipment and pumps, but maybe that would actually be more efficient?

That's what I'm thinking.

We used to use a pretty big pump.

You've made it quite small now, haven't you?

In the worst-case scenario, I just blast it with a pressure washer lol

On-site, though, smaller equipment is actually better, you know~

If you're looking for nothing but overwhelmingly fast drilling speed, water is definitely the way to go.

Drainage piping → Simple mud screen → Recirculation to drilling fluid and diversion of cuttings

Also, it would be great if there were a small one (that doesn't take up much space), though lol.

With those thoughts in mind, I'm in Saku City today ^^
