Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Are the young employees at your company developing well?
The 18-year-old who joined us this spring is gradually getting the hang of things!
At first, he was all skinny, so I bought him some protein powder, and he’s gradually started to fill out lol

People really can keep changing, can't they!
Changes usually start to appear after about half a year.
They say it takes about three months for regular strength training, but since this is for work, it takes about half a year to build the muscle strength needed for the job.
People can change just by giving it a try.
That goes for both the good and the bad.
If you do good things day after day, things will change for the better—and the same goes for bad things.
If you do the law section every day, you'll end up memorizing it whether you like it or not.
After doing it for a year, you start to get a little bored, but if someone eventually says, “Okay, I’ll leave it to you,” that gives you a new sense of motivation, doesn’t it?

I hope they continue to grow while also inspiring younger people.
And I hope that when they move on to the next phase, they’ll run into a new obstacle.
From my own experience, hitting a wall actually helps you get better and better.
If you're going through an incredibly tough time right now, please consider yourself lucky in a way.
That kind of environment will help the future you!
Let's put ourselves in difficult situations—within the limits of what the company will protect us from.
Companies that don't look out for their employees are crap, though ^^
See you later.
