I often measure drilling times on site.
That doesn't really mean much, but it does serve as a rough guide.

I often use a stopwatch to time myself, saying things like, “That one was tough, so it took me five minutes,” or
"That one was a little soft, so it took about 4 minutes."
Actually, you can't really count on that, lol.
The reason is that,
The operator is making adjustments in response to changes in soil conditions (which they can't see, but can sense through the machine's movements).
When you notice it’s gotten a little stiff, gradually increase the feed pressure. (Turn the dial little by little.)
Then, we monitor the impact pressure and feed pressure to adjust the feed rate.
I'll stop at the point where I've made the most progress.
Once it softens, you lower the feed pressure to prevent the tip from clogging.
For that reason,Drilling time can easily vary due to changes in soil conditions.That's right.
If you want to measure time accurately, you need to keep the feed pressure and the impact pressure constant.
Otherwise, there would be nothing to compare it to. (I do think it’s actually quite difficult to maintain consistency.)

However, the total time from the start of drilling to the completion of grouting and subsequent movement is only an estimate.
The question is, "How many hours does it take to make one?"
Let's say a task that usually takes two hours to complete took two and a half hours due to a problem.
However, depending on the location, some jobs can be completed in an hour and a half, so the number of trees that can be treated in a day is, for example, 2 to 2.5 trees.
That's how it goes.
This is just a rough estimate; it depends on the length of the borehole in meters.
This guideline is extremely important for process management.
The key to project management lies in how quickly we can determine the benchmark (drilling speed) for this site.
