That’s the “slime removal” step that’s always mentioned when supervising ground anchor construction.
Even though I explained to the general contractor that it was pointless, the government office insisted that we get the permit.

However, just because they took it doesn't mean it will be verified through an inspection; in the end, they'll just say it's being stored by the contractor, so from the contractor's perspective, it's just trash.

A jig to make it easier to remove.
Since I keep seeing the strainer I use to cook ramen (to skim off the scum) fly off every time, I finally get around to doing it.
Something that would make even that net unnecessary! I'll try designing it.
