This is Enta.
A project that took three years is finally over lol
It was a job site where we installed temporary anchors, and it was quite a challenge.
Year 1: Construction began, but due to a design error, work could not proceed; the design was revised by Enta, and construction resumed on the first and second levels.
Year 1.5: Work on-site came to a complete halt due to a major design error, and construction was suspended for more than half a year.
Year 2.5: Finally able to start construction; began work on the 3rd and 4th tiers
Year 3: Demolition began and was completed the other day
It took a lot longer than originally planned, but I finally finished it.
Due to various issues, the design and cost estimation phases took quite a long time, and we had to hold dozens of meetings with the local government.
It was fun to spend a few days completely immersed in design again after such a long time.
It feels kind of bittersweet that this project is coming to an end.
Since this is temporary construction, everything we’ve built will be removed, and the main structures will be erected around it.
Temporary construction work is required for the main structure.
Construction does have its fleeting aspects, doesn't it?
No matter how hard we work on the construction, we’re not even allowed to have a single light in front of the main structure, lol.
The struggles only we know about, lol
When I think about it that way, working on this temporary housing project was quite rewarding.
It’s true—when a project is challenging and the scope of construction expands, leading to additional design work, it really makes the job rewarding.
Maybe I just have a personal fondness for challenging construction projects.
I actually find construction projects that no one else wants to do—or that are particularly difficult—interesting.
It'd be awesome to be involved from the design stage through design changes, lol.
I’m hoping the general contractor will continue to bring us projects like this in the future.
