Lately, I've been getting development requests here and there.

To explain what I mean,

After all, everyone comes here looking for something new in order to land a job.

 

That's right.

Everyone knows that.

I'm just so sick and tired of this industry where nothing ever changes and there's no progress.

 

But even if I say I want to create something new, I don't know what to do or how to go about it.

 

However, our customers are having trouble with this, but we don't understand why.

So what are we going to do? Just leave it alone? Or come up with a plan?

 

So, I’m here to offer advice.

Am I just full of complaints about the industry? That’s why I have a ton of ideas about what I want to do and how I want to do it, lol.

 

We are developing a portion of that.

Well, I’ve been in this industry for a long time, so I know exactly what works ^^

 

Anyone with a lot of experience in the industry can do it, but development actually takes a surprising amount of time and money.

What takes time is the repeated prototyping.

 

For example, you can create a model using 3D CAD and then 3D print it.

So, we consider the structure, what materials to actually use, and the cost.

Of course, since I'm going to make it, I have to think about what will sell—otherwise it's a waste of time, lol.

We also need to consider whether we can reduce costs by manufacturing the product in-house, for example.

You need to know about iron, and you also need some knowledge of metalworking.

It's a really fun world, but since you have to make something and then redo it over and over, it gets pretty exhausting halfway through lol.

However, the sense of accomplishment when you finally succeed is immense.

 

There's really been an increase this year.

Just the other day, I was approached about a project like that.

 

Well, since I specialize exclusively in the slope stabilization industry, that’s the only kind of people who come here, lol.

I'm really grateful.

I'm hoping that this might lead to future work opportunities.
