Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Do any of you have dreams, hopes, or goals?

I'm sure I had them when I was a kid.

But what about now?

Now that you're an adult, is there anything going on??

 

At this point, I want to be like this or like that in the future.

Do you think people would say, “If you keep talking like that, you won’t be able to make a living!”?

Would you really make an office worker say something like that?

Do you think, “I’ll just see this job through to the end!”?

 

To be honest, I hardly ever felt that way either, but lately—or rather, over the past six months or so—I’ve been feeling it more strongly.

Back when I used to work as a site supervisor at a major company, I lived a carefree, laid-back life.

I wasn't thinking about anything at all—all I cared about was how to finish the job right in front of me as quickly as possible so the general contractor would give me a good score.

It’s been 12 years since I started my business, but it’s only been in the last six months that I’ve decided to move in this direction.

 

So, in a way, I was totally a non-vendor guy until a few years ago, lol.

I feel kind of bad about that, lol.

 

So, about the direction we're taking...

"I want to develop our own construction method and make a living off of it!"

That's what I think.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who think, "No way, that's impossible," or "That's ridiculous."

But that's okay. It's just their opinion.

It's fine if you say it's impossible. I'll just go ahead and do it anyway, lol.

 

The reason is that I want our employees to have a better quality of life.

A Good Life = A Good Salary

It's a simple idea, though lol

We’ve decided that the only way to make this happen is to develop a new construction method that hasn’t existed before!

When I put it like that, it’s probably impossible, right? lol

That's what people think, though lol

But I'm going to do it anyway. I'm not even trying to succeed in the first place. But I'm going to do it anyway lol

 

That said, I have sown the seeds.

For the past three years or so, I've been prototyping and experimenting with various things using 3D CAD.

For now, we plan to file a patent application for the construction method based on that within the next two months.

We also plan to file patent applications for some of these (though we have already filed some).

All I need now are teammates. I need teammates to help with construction and teammates to help with sales.

And I need teammates who will think things through with me. (This will require some trial and error.)

We have professional staff members here as well. However, there will inevitably be times when they alone cannot handle everything.

So, sometime soon...Let's Recruit Some FriendsThat's what I'm thinking. (I mean colleagues at a company, rather than individuals. If it were an individual, would they be an employee? lol)

Once we’ve filed the patent application for the construction method, we’ll be able to discuss it to a certain extent, so I hope we can sign a non-disclosure agreement and have a realistic discussion moving forward.
