But that's beside the point.

I don't usually wear a mask when I'm on site, but I do wear one when I enter public facilities and the like.

 

That's why I always carry a mask with me.

Since these are paper masks bought at convenience stores and the like, you get about seven of them in a single purchase.

When I go to the convenience store, I put it on my bike, but since I can't take it off and throw it away, I just keep it in my pocket.

Then, just like in the photo above, it starts to get all frizzy, doesn't it? lol

 

Since I’m the type who tends to hold onto things for a long time, it’s no big deal for me to just leave it in my pocket for a week~
(People say it's dirty, but hey, it's mine, so whatever lol)

I've heard that some people wash the non-woven fabric before using it, so it looks like it can be used several times.

 

Personally, after using it for a week, I start to feel like, “Hmm, maybe this isn’t quite right…” so,

I'm going to spray a ton of disinfectant spray lol

So if you just leave it in front of the heater, it'll dry in a few minutes, so that's fine! (Not that I know, lol)

Of course, it won't be brand-new, but at least in terms of appearance (and performance), it's just like a non-woven mask.

I hear the performance takes a hit, lol.

Also, depending on the type of disinfectant spray, it can smell really strong, so I highly recommend it! LOL

 

Since our work usually involves a lot of time in the mountains and we don’t get to meet many people,

There are some parts that don't really seem necessary, aren't there?

Well, when it comes to dust and particulate matter, you’d wear a different kind of mask.

It would be great if this were to end soon—or rather, if the vaccines and other countermeasures were perfected, wouldn't it?

I just can't stand how the parts that have little to do with the actual work are such a hassle.

I often hear stories about how general contractors, in particular, are fed up with measures that have nothing to do with the actual construction work, lol.

That’s one of the tricky parts of public works projects, but as the higher-ups say, that’s our job!

For now, I guess we'll just have to deal with it as best we can~
