Lately, my biggest source of stress has been the cost management system!

The system I bought a while back really is useless!

Or rather, it goes from the estimate to the approved budget, then to monthly cost management and progress billing, and finally to the final cost after the final quantity adjustment.

At some point, attendance tracking is entered into the site's cost data via a smartphone.

I'm looking for a system like this, but there isn't one, is there?

And once you enter the quantities, the actual budget is calculated automatically.

I can do it in Excel, but... (No one else can do it)

I want to store my monthly closing invoices on the server, so it would be great if there were an OCR tool for them.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to find, actually~

It's a system that really hits all the right spots.

I understand that it’s difficult because the person doing the work isn’t a contractor.

That's why I'm thinking of creating a system specifically for slope contractors.

Honestly, I just really don't want to spend any time on this kind of administrative stuff lol

Even among major companies, there are still some that rely on Excel, and,

There aren't any places using a system like this, are there? (Not that I know, lol)

Systems can be pretty difficult because they're not very versatile, huh?

I really wish I could get rid of this kind of stress soon, lol

Every time the end of the month rolls around, I think this, and yet time just keeps passing by.
